Join us every Saturday morning for our fun and challenging Fit Camp. Each week, we have a new mix of circuit exercises to keep your workout fun and fresh. Plus, our fantastic group of clients make for a high energy atmosphere that will keep you coming back week after week.
We follow a "go at your own pace" mantra which makes this weekly workout class is ideal for all ages and fitness levels. Bring your family, bring your friends and come start your weekend off on the right foot.
