Return Policy

All apparel and workout plan eBook sales are final - no returns or refunds provided, except in the case of damage to a physical product. To be eligible for a damaged product return and refund, the item must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, hair, or wear) and in original packaging.​

Damaged Items: 

Damaged items must be reported/emailed within 3 days of receipt with photos attached to info@i-bfit.com. If not reported within 3 days, we will not issue replacements.  I-B Fitness LLC is not responsible for normal wear and tear to items purchased and will not issue a new item outside of the 3 day window of receiving the item.

If you have received an incorrect item or have experienced another issue with your order, please contact info@i-bfit.com within 3 days of receiving your order with a picture of the items and packing slip.

Non-Returnable Items:

Considered “final sale” and may not be returned for store credit or a refund.

  • Apparel

  • Sale/Clearance items  (as indicated on the product page)

  • Electronic products such as eBooks

 

Exchanges:

Because we can't ensure our customers will be issued the style/size they desire by the time their returned items come back to the distribution center we do not offer exchanges.  

Refunds for Returns:

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable and the cost of the return shipping label is the customer’s responsibility. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved,  you will receive an email with your digital store credit for the net amount of the item(s) returned.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:

I-B Fitness LLC reserves the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Information

  • Pre-sale items will require longer processing time. An order containing a pre-sale item will not be split and the full order will be sent once the pre-sale item ships. 

  • Exclusive and/or Limited Edition/Limited Stock item(s) may require longer processing time(s). An order containing an item with a longer processing time will not be split. 

  • Processing time is separate from shipping time.

  • Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Shipping time is based off the method selected by the customer at checkout.

  • Shipping timelines do not apply to orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

  • All shipping times are an estimation and cannot be guaranteed.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. For items returned to I-B Fitness LLC due to an undeliverable addresses or issues with Customs, refunds will be issued for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

 

I-B Fitness LLC does not hold or accept any responsibility for packages that have been stated as items lost, stolen, stuck in transit, or delivered. We do not issue refunds or store credit for packages that the courier confirms as lost in transit or delivered. Concerns or questions about your order after it has shipped should be made to the carrier directly. The Customer Support Team can only see the same tracking information given to the customer through the tracking number.

 

International Shipping

I-B Fitness LLC is not responsible for the payment of Customs or VAT Fees. The fee varies and is determined by each country. By processing an order, you agree and acknowledge you will pay any Customs and VAT fees that may occur.
